Brieanah “Brie” Sahagian – MOT, OTR/L

Brie is a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist. She earned her Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy at Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri. She has experience working with the pediatric population within early intervention, school-based, and outpatient settings. Working with children is a true passion of hers, and she aims to utilize a client-centered, research-based, and family driven treatment approach. Brieanah’s background has provided her with the opportunity to work with a variety of diagnoses and has allowed her to increase her clinical skills within sensory-integration, therapeutic approaches for feeding difficulties, fine and gross motor development, executive functioning strategies, and behavioral modification approaches.

Courtney Dolaher

Courtney Dolaher MS., OTR/L

Courtney is a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist. She earned her undergraduate degree at Merrimack College in Sports Medicine and received her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS). She completed her masters thesis on how wellness based interventions and implementation of healthy bedtime routines impact quality of sleep in the pediatric population. Courtney has an extensive background working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and previously ran social groups for children and adolescents with challenging behaviors. Courtney’s favorite part of working in pediatrics is getting to know the personality of each child and creating playful interventions that interest them while collaborating with the families in a family-centered approach! Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with friends and family, kayaking and soaking up sun at the beach.

Kristen Peacock, OTD, OTR/L

Kristen is a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist. She earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Elementary Education from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA. She also earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston where she did advanced research on the benefits of outdoor play for child development. Kristen was an elementary school teacher in Richmond, VA before returning to school to pursue OT. Her favorite part of being an OT is getting to know each child individually and understanding their unique strengths and talents! Kristen has experience working as an OT in acute care, outpatient pediatrics, and school-based therapy.

Kim Wong – OTD, OTR/L

Kimberly is a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist. She earned her Master of Arts in Occupational Therapy at the University of Southern California. She went on to complete her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at the University of Southern California, focusing on wellness for individuals with psychiatric diagnoses. She gained experience working with children and adults with mental health diagnoses in both inpatient and outpatient settings, incorporating sensory strategies to reduce instances of seclusion and restraint. She then transitioned into Early Intervention, where she worked with infants and toddlers in home, preschool and community environments. She has worked with children throughout a range of ages, with a variety of diagnoses. Kimberly believes that success stems from a foundation of trust, and flourishes through collaboration motivated by playfulness. Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys being outdoors in the sun, snow, surf or sand.

Marnie has an extensive background working with children and their families including sensory integration, public school, and early intervention settings. In addition she has also led social skills groups for children and adolescents. Marnie believes in the importance of play, and strives to create a fun, playful and engaging environment where children can feel comfortable, successful, and grow. In her personal life Marnie enjoys spending time with her young family, practicing yoga, and good coffee.

Maria Busa – MS, OTR/L

Maria is a licensed and registered occupational therapist. She earned her Masters of Occupational Therapy at Salem State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UMASS Boston. She completed her masters thesis on stress and participation in health-promoting leisure activities among parents of children with developmental disabilities. Maria has a strong background in mental health and has previously worked in an inpatient psychiatric hospital. She completed her clinical fieldwork in an urban school-based setting where she gained experience working with children with a variety of diagnoses. Maria believes in a holistic approach to therapy that encompasses the health and well-being of both the child and parents. Her goal is to make therapy fun, enjoyable and family centered. Outside of the clinic, Maria enjoys yoga, the outdoors and spending time with her family and three young kids.

She has had a passion for working with children all her life, as she previously coached children’s Gymnastics and Tae Kwon Do classes. While attending school, Savannah gained experience working with children and adults with a wide variety of physical and mental health diagnoses. She has extensive experience working in outpatient settings with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and children with challenging behaviors.
